“changed”

2 Corinthians 3.18

This is a great promise!  It comes when we become a born again Christian and it continues for the rest of our lives!

“changed”

Just like a newborn baby will grow and change, so will Christians!

“changed”!

The whole verse says this: “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”  2 Corinthians 3:18

If God just left me to “reach my full potential” or to try and “boost my self-esteem”, I would live a life of disappointment and regret!  It would be a life of “me” and “my things” how sad

“changed”!

Yes, I thank God that He changed me when I turned in repentance from my sin and self, and asked the Lord to save me!  Now I can abide in Him and grow in Him, and He will help me change for the better day by day.

Jesus said, “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5

“But we… are changed… by the Spirit of the Lord.” Amen!
