“…which thou knowest not.”

Justdontknow 1.1

When I was reading my Bible the other morning this phrase hit me!  At first, I couldn’t figure out why it stopped me in my tracks, because I know this verse very well.  In fact, most Christians know this verse very well!

Actually, we know the first part of this verse well, but the phrase above we may never even think about.  The verse is Jeremiah 33.3 “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, “which thou knowest not.

Sometimes we pray for something, but we have no idea what God really wants to give us…

It will be better than we thought!    SURPRISE!

Because… He is better than we could ever think!

So, the next time you “just don’t know”… well, keep praying – like the first part of the verse says, which most Christians know so well, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, but then be ready for what you don’t know… it’ll be fine.  You’ll see.  That’s what the Bible says!

“Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.”  Isaiah 48:6

Trust Him!
