He Preserveth Saints

“He… preserveth the way of his saints.”

Proverbs 2:8

We have no idea what we will face this year but the Lord “preserveth the way of his saints.”

Many people try and make New Years’ resolutions but the Lord “preserveth the way of his saints.”

Some people have many fears about what this year holds for them but the Lord “preserveth the way of his saints.”

I could begin to imagine the things I need to start worrying about but the Lord “preserveth the way of his saints.”

So I picked up my Bible on the second of January and I read in Proverbs chapter two… the Lord “preserveth the way of his saints.”

Are you a saint?  To be a saint the Bible says one simply needs to be saved… born again… it is all the same thing – saint, saved, born again! Simply turn from your sin to the Lord Jesus Christ, call upon His name and “thou shalt be saved”, and then - you will know that you are a saint! (John 3.3; Acts 3.19; Romans 10. 9, 10, & 13; Acts 16.31; 1 John 5.13)

Sadly most people, and many people who call themselves Christians, do not know that they are a saint… yet the Bible says, the Lord “preserveth the way of his saints.”  “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us.” (Titus 3:5)  And…  “He… preserveth the way of his saints.”  Amen!!!
