Behold Now Is the Day of Salvation

“...behold now is the day of salvation”

2 Corinthians 6.2

A preacher once asked the question, “Why are so few people coming to Christ?”  Then he went on to say, “Because there is not a definite effort put forth to persuade a definite person to receive a definite Saviour at a definite time, and that definite time is now!”

“...behold now is the day of salvation”

I thank God that our church has a heart to help people come to Christ!

The Psalmist said, “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalms 126:5-6

Certainly, we know that every individual must see their own need and choose for themselves to come to Christ in obedience, repentance and faith – but every individual we meet should see in us a heart of kindness, love, compassion, and yes - URGENCY that we want to see them saved!
