And Let Us Not Be Weary In Well Doing

“And let us not be weary in well doing:

for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Galatians 6.9

As a New Testament Baptist Church we have been given a commission to share the Gospel with the world and we plan to do just that!

It is a sobering responsibility.  It does take boldness.  It does take patience.  It is NOT easy.  The devil fights this work with everything he has, but the Lord said, “I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”  Matthew 16.18

So, “let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

We will pray for each other.

We will encourage each other.

We will look after each other.

Every time we speak with someone about the Lord, every time we put a gospel tract somewhere, or give a tract to someone – we are doing what the Lord called us to do.  Whenever we give to missions – we are doing what the Lord has called us to do.  When we pray for our missionaries, when we pray for the lost – we are doing what the Lord has called us to do!

So, “let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”  As we look to the work of Missions for the next year –  we will remember this verse!
